Return Policy

All sales are final, however if your order arrives and is damaged, please fill out this contact form with order number and have photo of damage ready to email within 3 days of receiving order.

Posters, Postcards, etc.

Any misprinted or damaged items (excluding cyanotypes, see below) must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received. Otherwise, we will not be able to replace the item without a reprinting fee.

Returned to sender

For packages lost in transit or returned to printing facility, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date or 2 weeks of it being returned. Claims deemed an error on printing service part are covered at the service’s expense.

Cyanotypes

All sales are final, however if your cyanotype arrives and is damaged, please email a photo after filling out this contact form with your order number within 3 days of receiving order.
